Let me start by saying I've escalated 3 tiers of tech support through sprint directly before I landed here. 

 

I have a s10+ and my wife has a s10. Our mobile data connection where we live isn't the best and rely heavily on wifi.

 

WiFi calling is somehow conflicting with sprints network. I drop calls anytime I use it as well as get a location timeout message from the wifi calling app. 

 

I also cannot send mms via wifi, only data which worked on my note 8 and s9. 

 

Calls drop often whether on wifi calling or mobile network. Sprint believes this to be a device issue. My daughter's LG tribute (free phone) can send mms via wifi and has zero issue with wifi calling. Multiple people on sprint community also experiencing same issues. 

 

I have updated prl as well as profile and refreshed network settings on my side as well on carrier. I'm seeing multiple reports of other s10s having similar problems.

 

Just bought 2 phones that pick and chose when they want to work for a whole lot of money.

I am having similar issues as mentioned on the thread. 

 

I worked with customer service over the phone last week.  Went to a corporate store today and was turned away, saying there was nothing to be done, just call customer service.

 

Called customer service said take it to a store for a swap or to get a new device  even though I am over the 14 day grace period. 

 

Went to another corporate store, was told the same as the first store and nothing was done for me! 

 

 Customer service has  called me to work it out, so we will see!

Yeah so update didn't work on mine either, missed my return wondows by a day becuase BB starting counting when they recieved the phone not when I received it. And it happens to work in their store so they won't do anything unless they see it drop data.Waste of an update to fix nothing.

Yesterday's update didn't fix my LTE issue either.

If it doesnt work after the update then yea maybe a defect. The unlocked version of S10+ didnt have any issues that you guys mentioned. Maybe there is some issues on sprint version.

 

Maybe do a factory reset after the update usually solved the issue.

Mine is unlocked and I'm having all of the same problems, Frisco TX.  @RedDragon , samsung tech told me earlier he thought it was a SIM reader issue, which is why the software doesn't matter, and the SIM card doesn't matter.  Some phone have a hardware issue, and some don't.  Any thoughts?

Also unlocked S10+ preorder direct from Samsung, having issues in Plano, TX area with Sprint. New SIM from Samsung, activated to Sprint

Is anyone 100% sure that  Sprint's latest update was even meant to address this issue?

If you look on Sprint's community board, their tech agents didn't issue a bulletin until this past Sunday.

Doesn't seem too far fetched that the update released yesterday was already in verification steps prior to Sprint determining they needed a fix for this issue.

I could be wrong, but I'd expect a separate update soon to address this issue.

My Wifi is fine.  And it's not that I have no service; I show full bars with LTE and 4G and still get told I have no network connection.

 

Here's my work iPhone on AT&T and my S10+ on Sprint trying to access the same page at the same time in the same location.

I am having the same EXACT issue.  Even after Sprint's update from the other day, it's still the same.  I can pull up the same type of picture examples as you.  I upgraded from the S8+ to the S10+.  I never had these issues with my 8+.  My wife still has the 8+ and we're both on Sprint.  I had her phone sitting right next to my phone (S10+) and I can get the same results as you did.  the 8+ would pull up the page and my S10+ would not
