Let me start by saying I've escalated 3 tiers of tech support through sprint directly before I landed here. 

 

I have a s10+ and my wife has a s10. Our mobile data connection where we live isn't the best and rely heavily on wifi.

 

WiFi calling is somehow conflicting with sprints network. I drop calls anytime I use it as well as get a location timeout message from the wifi calling app. 

 

I also cannot send mms via wifi, only data which worked on my note 8 and s9. 

 

Calls drop often whether on wifi calling or mobile network. Sprint believes this to be a device issue. My daughter's LG tribute (free phone) can send mms via wifi and has zero issue with wifi calling. Multiple people on sprint community also experiencing same issues. 

 

I have updated prl as well as profile and refreshed network settings on my side as well on carrier. I'm seeing multiple reports of other s10s having similar problems.

 

Just bought 2 phones that pick and chose when they want to work for a whole lot of money.

I work for Uber and Lyft. Can't work because of the signal problems. I also drive for Amazon Flex. A 3 hour shift can take 5 hours (I don't get paid for the extra 2 hours), so if you're expecting a package on a certain day, you're not getting it. I filed Chapter 11 last year, so my credit is pretty much negative

Hope they fix this issue soon because I paid over 1k for my phone and SHOULD NOT be having these issues.

for the next 7 years (I'm 57 y.o.), so I'm not too worried about telling Sprint to shove this device where the sun don't shine. I've already filed a claim with the FCC.

I'm not receiving messages text or mms or most phone calls I have an new. Unlocked Samsung 10 should I just get the s21 5g. As I use it for business and school and can not have unanswered business calls

SamsungQue - Thank you for the reply on this, however.... none of these fixes the issues.  Please, referrer to the NOT YET available "solution" from Samsung under the "Mobile data and wifi issues - All Carriers" trend.... which will consist on an OS update that is not yet available; therefore it CANNOT be yet considered as RESOLVED; since, Samsung has not yet made available such update.

Try this. Go to WiFi settings and turn off the Hotspot 2.0 and restart ur phone. It worked great on my Galaxy S10 that had the same issue. I hope it helps you too. Let me know if it works

I have the galaxy s10 plus and having similar issues. I cant send mms over wifi either. I also will have lte data then all of a sudden absolutely no service period. I restart my phone and its the same thing again. Ive never had this issue with my note 8. I have sprint as well. My friend last night at work who has sprint and an old apple generation had lte bars while I had no service at all for data, texting, and calls.

I also have the s10+ and so does my friend our carrier told her it's a Samsung issue and nothing they can do but offer a loaner until Samsung fixes the issue with a software patch.

At least you were offered a loaner 🙂

My carrier representative offered me to buy a new device to use during repair process and to keep it for later "just in case"

I have a note 8 and ever since I did the update this last weekend my phone only works with wifi I've lost my lte and 3g and text and call are only working 40% of the time. This software update suck plus they removed the software to edit pictures.

Expectation: high end s10+ phone

Reality: galaxy tab worth 1k$ that uses wifi only.

I have Sprint and just got s10+ ... am having so many issues!! I miss my 8+.  Cannot send MMS.  Keep getting "LOCATION TIMED OUT".  was on ROAMING for one whole day.  And nobody knows how to fix.   If I hadn't traded in my 8+, I'd be switching back and returning this and wait til they work out bugs.   What good is the fancy camera if you can't send MMS messages??
