Samsung has finally agreed the S21 I mailed in for repair for the 2nd time is trash. However, they are now refusing to return it or provide a replacement or refund!! It is a 3 month old phone, covered by warranty, and they want me to wait another MONTH while they figure out what to do!!
Worst customer service ever! They told me I could go buy another phone. Are you kidding me?! I used to be an avid Samsung user and supporter, but these last 2 months and over 8 hours this week of dealing with non-responsive representatives who do not care one ioata has changed that completely!
DO NOT BUY AN S21! OVER SAMSUNG COMPLETELY!
UPDATE - Received confirmation today that they can't/won't send me a new phone. No info on when/if I'll get a refund. At this point, out approx $3k - the unrepaired phone, temp service, temp phone, and now a new phone.
