I've had the phone for about a week and the pictures are horrible. Always not focused and blurry and even cartoonish from being smooth. I have reset the camera, cleared the cache, updated all my apps. The only thing I haven't done is factory reset. I've also tried changing the settings on the camera and nothing helps. And when I upload to IG the photo quality is even worse. Any advice?
Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
Camera > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Restart Phone
I did that as explained in my original post. I cleared cache for both camera and phone. Updated all apps. Took off scene enhancer. Reset the camera. The only thing I haven't done is factory reset.
I have had this phone for 3 weeks. It's been too long to receive a refund. I am having the same issue with blurry photos. This solution did not work. Do you have any other suggestions?
Affects me too. Tried everything listed above. Compared same scene shot on S7 and S10. The S7 took a significantly better picture! Focused, sharp with all the smallest details clear. Very dissapointed with the S10 camera. It's just awful 😞
I went to the Samsung Store and they were of no help. Although during the diagnostics they told me that the camera app force stops and to call Samsung who is telling me to return the phone get a refund and repurchase but may lose my promos.
I just downloaded the Google Pixel camera APK and that is so much better.
I have been reading posts... exactly the same issue... what a dissappointment the Samsung Galaxy S10 is... my mum has the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it is taking better photos by far than the S10... you've seriously let yourselves down here Samsung... could sink your ship !
