Galaxy S PhonesI've had the phone for about a week and the pictures are horrible. Always not focused and blurry and even cartoonish from being smooth. I have reset the camera, cleared the cache, updated all my apps. The only thing I haven't done is factory reset. I've also tried changing the settings on the camera and nothing helps. And when I upload to IG the photo quality is even worse. Any advice?

Galaxy S PhonesSAME!! My Note 4 photos are STILL better! So disappointed!

Affects me too. Tried everything listed above. Compared same scene shot on S7 and S10. The S7 took a significantly better picture! Focused, sharp with all the smallest details clear. Very dissapointed with the S10 camera. It's just awful 😞

Galaxy S PhonesSame picture issues here.. I'm considering a return unfortunately. Looking through the camera it's focused and looks good. When I open the picture afterwards it looks blurry and the lighting is off. So dissapointed.

Galaxy S PhonesI'm having the same problem. In the viewer the scene looks good and detailed. Once I click on the preview picture, the picture looks unusable. very fuzzy and blurry as if the processing is just smoothing everything to the extreme by messing up the quality of the picture. I'm pretty sure it's software related. I hope there's a fix in the works as Samsung is pretty quiet about this situation. Luckily I still have my pixel 3 to take pics.

Galaxy S PhonesI am having the same problem in the last month. In the preview the photo is clear and sharp. Once you take the photo it is grainy and blurry. The phone used to take good photos and since the last update it's been garbage. There is also a new button on selfie mode and if I don't make it "wide" or whatever it cuts off the photo.

Galaxy S PhonesHey. I just bought s10e and the pictures are horrible. I went to my local Samsung store and they said that they dont see any problem, they just made me look stupid. I showed them this picture: there are no details, everything blurred out. I had S7 before and it did not have such an issue. I dont really know what to do at this point. Switch to an older model, like s9?

Galaxy S PhonesI have realized that the problem is more to do with lack of natural light. If there is no natural light and photos are taken in artificial lighting, the pictures are totally blurred. When the camera is on, there are lot of small dots on the screen which makes the pictures and edges completely blurred. The dots are similar to what used to appear on old television models.
