S10 Blurry screen through messages

Hi, I have a standard S10. For the last couple weeks all screenshots I send through messages come through blurry/pixelated on both my end and the receivers end. It sends fine through  other applications like FB messenger. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a way to fix it? I've attached a example of what it looks like.

It is probably the size limit imposed on MMS messages causing the compression and loss of detail.

How are you capturing these screen shots and how many bytes are in the file?

Hi, I found the fix. I just reset all my settings and now it's come good

Hey mate, if you go into settings, then find Reset settings, it says, this resets all settings to their default. Done this and it fixed the issue.

I have the exact same issue.

I tried the reset in settings... no change.  I just had to reset wifi and bluetooth! 😞

What exactly am I resetting? The entire phone?

So, yes, this works.... And you don't lose anything important (i needed to reset wifi, add back the powery% and change the display sleep to my preference... Not a big deal ). However after about two weeks, i had to do this again... And now again today for the third time. Any hints on what causes this ?

Hi, I've done this and its still blurry, not on my end but when I send screenshot on fb messenger my friends see it blurry

@StL_King I had same problem.. go to settings>general management>reset >reset settings.. it will reset all settings including wifi and bluetooth but it fixed the problem
