My galaxy S10 got caught up in the dreaded boot loop issue In October 2024. They have not come up with a Fix other than to reset the phone, which I do not want to do because of important photos that are stuck on the phone. Yes, I could probably do a factory reset but that defeats the purpose of trying to retrieve some important items that did not get backed up in time. . Does anybody have any update or any ideas On what to do? I would even be willing to mail it to Samsung itself to get it fixed
