Galaxy S PhonesHi, I upgraded my old S7 to a S10 and I have not been able to use Kids Mode.
I am aware that in the S7 it was an app and now it is integrated in my phone. I also know that I need to pull down the notification area and press the icon with the happy kid face labeled "Samsung Kids".
When press it the phone just pulls up the notification area and takes me to wherever I was.
I thought it could be a temporary glitch but the phone is now 8 months old, went throug several updates and still does not work.
I just bougt a Galaxy Tab S5e last month and "Kids Mode" works doing exactly the same without any issue.
What can I be doing wrong? I have tried to find similar posts or solutions without joy? The only thing that would make sense is some kind of legacy app installed during the migration but I cannot find anything. Any hint or help will be welcomed!
Thanks

Galaxy S PhonesThank you very much for your interest in my problem. Your comments pointed me to the solution. While in Safe mode I uninstalled Kids mode and after powering up again in normal mode I pressed the button and it took me to the installation process normally.
I am leaving here in case it is helpful for others the documentation I was writing as I was testing:
--------------------------------------------------
1. I did not have in my S10 parental controls set up, I profited to set them up as a parent supervising my kid's tablet using "digital wellbeing and parental controls". After setting it up i can supervise with my already set up family link my old Samsung Tab4 tablet for her. It works but this made no effect on my issue. Kids mode did not work before setting this up neither after completing ths
2. After booting in "Safe mode" when I press the button it says briefly at the bottom "Downloaded apps disabled while Safe Mode enables" it lasts less than 2 seconds. Could this mean that somehow the S7 "kids mode" was transfered to my S10? I used the official Samsung migrating app up to do this
3. I did not need to reach this point
----------------------------------------------------
THANK YOU!

Galaxy S PhonesI would like to look into this for you. Let's look into a couple of things for you.
Have you tried adjusting the Parental controls?
Does it still perform the same way when it's in safe mode?
Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone?
