Galaxy S PhonesSo I just got a new Glaxy s10 (I dropped the old one and cracked the screen and filed a claim). Anyway, I made a call on speakerphone and I was just breaking up and the person on the other line couldn't hear. Just regularly talking without being on speakerphone was breaking up a bit too at first, I turned off the "privacy calling" feature or whatever it is called and I think that helped with the mic when the phone is up to my ear during I call. The mic still isn't working on speakerphone though. It doesn't matter where I am or whether I'm using wifi calling or not it's either garbled, breaking up, or INCREDIBLY quiet like I'm whispering even if I put the phone up to my face and talk very loudly.
Should I file another claim and replace this one? (The replacement hasn't even made it back there yet I'd have to wait until that happens to put in another claim i.e. this is ridiculous).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Galaxy S PhonesYou should be able to contact the insurance company and have them replace it without a claim because it is defective. However, we can also set it up for service for you. Would you please send a private message with the full model code and IMEI number? http://bit.ly/2XERsky
