The USB C port on my S10+ (purchased 10/19) has stopped charging and recognizing pc connection. Neither the stock charger nor aftermarket chargers are working, forcing me to charge wirelessly. Is there a way to get this repaired? Any info would be appreciated as I love the phone.
did this happen after a recent software update?
what software version is your phone on? (Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Build Number [last 4 characters])
try submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app!
