Hi,

I have a Samsung S10, its 2 yes old and has been a great phone.

Since the last update I started getting a quick white flash on the screen (a bit like when you take a screenshot). This was happening randomly for a couple of weeks. Then the camera stopped working and I got the dreading warning every time I opened the camera.

I tried all the recommended fixes, nothing worked. I factory reset the phone, but still the camera has the warning. I have noticed the phone has been warm.

I fully charged the phone, turned it on and insured all background apps weren't running. The phone was warm and the battery drained down to 5% in 2 hours!!!

I haven't added any apps since the factory reset. The battery used to last all day with average use, why has this happened?

I would contact Samsung Support about this, but some other options is restart your phone, factory reset your phone, close background apps, or maybe even powering it off for a little while may help.

What software build did your S10 update to specifically?

Software build (settings > about watch> software > software version - last 4 digits of SW build number)
