My Samsung galaxy S10 has all of the wifi options greyed out. When I tried to turn my wifi on, it stays grey instead of blue. This started yesterday. Only my mobile data works so far. I have tried resetting network, resetting wifi router, cleared cache partition, and finally factory reset. I don't know what else to do. Please advise. Thank you in advance!
If Power Saving mode is on, turn it off temporarily
If WiFi Power Saving mode is On, turn it off temporarily
You might want to scan for malware
At the bottom, tap "Get Help"
Tap "Go To Phone Care"
Tap "Automatic checks"
Are there any errors reported, especially "Network Chipset"?
Thank you for your reply! I just did an automatic scan and there is no network chipset. I have also tried airplane mode off and power saving mode off like you suggested but no luck.
Open Phone Dialer app
... a white screen is displayed with ServiceMode for title
Tap three dot menu upper right
... do you see, on the first line:
If no, pull down Quick Panel and tap WiFi
... wait and see if Status is Connected
Look at bottom where Ping Test button is
Tap in text field to right
using keyboard, tap Backspace to erase
... and type
and tap Ping Test button
Does it display "pass" ... or "fail"??
Close those two test apps
