S10e some apps turn off or stop while connected to Ford sync.

I have a 2017 Ford explorer and a new s10e galaxy phone. I use slacker radio alot in my truck when they connect slacker will play for 15- 30 sec then stop I then press play on radio in truck and it pkay again for 15- 30 sec. Then off again also does this on Samsung music, spotify, musica ???? Never ever has this happen . I've has Samsung since the beginning of time HELP

Make sure that theses apps are NOT on the list of apps that your phone is optimizing battery usage.

Thank you but a really stupid mistake on my behalf. I put the app on the put to sleep app🙄😓😤
