I have been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years. I have been fighting this issue since the last update; have tried ALL the suggestions to no avail. I will be replacing the phone and do not intend on buying another Samsung product again.
I've also tried everything suggested here for my S7 and it is very apparent this is a software problem, likely intended to drive customers to replace their phones. My success as a professional is put into jeopardy by a phone which by all other accounts is reliable. Please contact me regarding any action being taken against Samsung on this matter or for help with the effort.
