S8: Dual application entries when viewing permissions

Hello,

On the Galaxy S8 with the latest (last) version, when I look at the screen to examine the various permissions enabled for an app, I see two entries for some apps - one with a folder icon that I don't recognize. See attached screenshot - Calendar & Contacts

Please explain if you know what is causing this.

We have a 2nd Galaxy s8 - different number & user - that doesn't have this happening.
