I just got a Galaxy S9.  Previously when I called into voicemail, I would get audible information about when the call was received and the caller's number.  Plus an icon appeared on the screen indicating that there was a voice message in the inbox.  Now when I call voicemail there's no information, just that there's a voice message, and it's really hard to tell from the new icons on the screen if there's a voice message.  Is this just how it is now?  Or is there a way to get the audible information and add the voice message icon to the screen?  It's not life or death but I am missing voice messages.   Thanks much for any tips.

Your carrier is responsible for your voicemail. Call them.
