SIM card

JUMP TO SOLUTION

My phone is no longer recognizing my SIM card. It says "not inserted". I have tried taking it out and reinserting a few times but still saying not inserted. How do I know if it is the phone or the SIM card that is the problem?

I recommend reaching out to your carrier regarding this. You may need to test a new SIM card.
