Samsung Customer Service

JUMP TO SOLUTION

I spoke with customer service and I have been waiting on a promised call back from the upper offices concerning a situation with my gear s2. I was told 3 different times that I would receive a callback within 24 to 48 hours. Keep in mind that this was three different calls on three different days. Samsung where's the help ?
