Hello,

I'm not sure if my Samsung S10 is running as it should, the battery seems to deplete faster than I thought it would. I've put most apps  on 'deep sleep' mode to help. Lasts a day with barely any use.

What is the average battery life for normal use meant to be?

And how long does it take to charge from 0-100% on fast charge?

I'm just trying to work out if I've got a dud phone!

Thank you 🙂

Hi there,,
Average user should be able to get roughly 2 days worth of battery.
Confirm that the apps are fully closed.
Bluetooth and wifi aren't on when not using because they will suck battery.
Make sure to restart your phone at least once every week. This helps clean temp logs and files out, making your phone run better.
If those options don't help, I would consider having a tech run a diagnostic on the battery to see if there is a fault with it.

Avg charge time with fast charging is roughly 1.5 hours (0-100)
