Samsung Upgrade Program?

What's happened? I became eligible yesterday for my upgrade... There are no links and nothing else on the site except for a faq and terms/conditions. I was planning on getting the S21 Ultra as an upgrade from my S21+, but it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to upgrade at all.

What did you do to "become eligible"?

I ask because if you go to the store, the most recent phone that can be traded in is an S20 Note 5g

You are supposed to have an account in good standing for 12 months. I've upgraded for the last couple years to the latest S series phone starting with the S10, then the S20+. a few days ago, my orders page has a countdown until being eligible for an upgrade. Now nothing is there.

Ahhh, gotcha, THAT upgrade program - I've read about it ... we prefer to not be on monthly deals and just pay outright when we upgrade : )
