JUMP TO SOLUTION

i am having the same problem in my galaxy s6,

FOR ALL, If you want to check for sure if your phone isnt rooted you can download "Root Inspector"

(just to be sure)

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=technarcs.rootchecker

Y'all

All I did was go to settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Force Stop

Now my app is working and it stopped saying the message!

Yup, that did it. Weird.

I force-stopped and it still didn't work. Samsung Health displays "error 0xEx7#0090null61N2530" and says it can't run on a phone that has been rooted, even though it hasn't.

I would recommend reaching out directly to our S-Health team at 855-795-0509.

It works once and then you have to do it again. So this is not a fix but a workaround at best.

I can also confirm that this workaround is not working on my wife's T-Mobile Note 9 which has never been rooted. Force stopping the app will allow it to open but the error comes back before the app fully loads. We've tried everything but a factory reset of the phone.
