@SamsungJoJoI have reached out twice in the past month and a half and still nothing has been done to fix the issue. Also I have never been contacted back by Samsung as promised the two times I called.
I also have this issue in my S9 Plus, not rooted, please, has anybody tried by restoring the device? I wouldn´t like to have to configure everything again, but if Samsung doesn´t provide a solution...
Stopping the app as they suggest here, only works to open once the S Health, but it immediately brings the error message again.
Same for me on my non-rooted S9.
This solved it for me:
Clear data and cache on the Samsung Health app.
Force the app to stop and then re-start the phone.
Please let me know if it helped you too..
The Samsung Health app kept popping up and saying that it doesn't work with a rooted phone, but my phone has never been rooted... I force stopped the app, then restarted my phone, and it seems to be working now..
