I have 4 Samsung devices on my Samsung account, my Samsung pass is correct on three of the phones but on my s20e my Samsung pass says none, I had to reset the phone the other day .. how do I get my passwords to go back to my Samsung pass on this phone . I tried the exporting them but I can't get the file open... Please help ...
Do you have Samsung Wallet installed on that phone? Samsung Pass is no longer a standalone app snd is part of Samsung Wallet. You need the wallet installed even if you don't add payment cards. Once the wallet is installed, you should have access to your passwords unless that phone happens to be ligged into a different Samsung account. If you have wallet on the phone, uninstall it snd reinstall it
