If Samsung knows they are having these problems then why not change the whole phones altogether and all they what to do is replace the motherboard then they need to compensate their customers instead of replacing the motherboard in the phones,this is really bad business if no one complain about this then they are going to keep doing this for people to keep buying these phones, I feel they should replace them with new phones different one's not the Galaxy S 9 or S10's this is really a problem.

Sincerest apologies for the negative experience. The Samsung limited warranty is a repair warranty that covers each device for parts and labor in the event repairs are needed within the first year of ownership. Samsung does not offer loaner devices and all repair options must be exhausted before Samsung will consider other options like refunds or replacements. This is why it is recommended to purchase and keep insurance through your carrier/retailer in the event you would prefer a replacement device.
