Get a CableMatters USB-C to UHD TV adapter, from Amazon. It also has HDMI port on it. Hook it up to Your TV HDMI port. Go into Settings, on Your phone. Under the More Settings tab, Below the WiFi settings, Enable HDMI devices. Start Your streaming service, and, It Will Fill Your screen with Whatever streaming service You subscribe too. You'll also need the Appropriate length of HDMI cable, to Hook to Your TV. Costs between $50-55, on Amazon. Hope This Helps. Works Great for Me!

Your Welcome! I have a Note 10+. I was using My Chromecast Ultra, last fall. All of My streaming apps would Buffer, Repeatedly. Found out a neighbor was Stealing My streaming service. CableMatters adapter Stopped that, Immediately. Mine still buffers, slightly. I think it's because I don't have a 5g phone.
This adapter Works Beautifully! It does have a tiny bit, on the Right side, of Your symbols on the Bottom of Your screen. But, it Isn't really noticeable. Hope You have as Good Luck as I did!👍

You bet. I've had issues on My Note 10+.
Sometimes, a Hard reset, Flushing Everything out, will Help.

I'm using a Note 9- SmartView stopped working a couple months back; I believe sheet a SW update.
Sometimes it won't connect at all, sometimes it connects but the TV is blank- doesn't display my screen.
It's not the TV, works fine with other phones.
