For as long as I have had my S10, I have been using apps safely inside secure folder.  I was able to send files which were also inside secure folder using a messaging app.  All of a sudden, when I try to send any files, I instead get a popup "you are now using this application outside of secure folder".  I can not access any files inside secure folder, and the only files I can see are my non-secure files.  This literally happened like 1 hour ago there are no setting that stop the app from reaching outside of secure file, like its doing now.   This is extremely frustrating and I have no idea how to stop this app from looking in the wrong place.

Same issue here on my s10.  While trying to send an image or video in kik from secure folder,  it shows thumbnails from my secure folder but if i try to browse the file system  it shows me only the folders and images outside of the secure folder. If i try to send an unsecure image, i get "error attaching picture please try again."

Just had a system update on 2/22/21.
