Select Launcher --touchwiz home or touchwiz easy home show up ? No apps appear?

phone turned on , no apps appear. only "select launcher" -- touchwiz easy home or touchwiz home    ?? can't get regular app screen to appear. what needs to be disabled or deleted???   thanks.

@user90yYbGlQvQ To see the apps, you need to delect a launcher. The standard Samsung launcher is the touchwiz home.
