Sim not provisioned for galaxy s10

Hi there,

The threat or trojan "Voicemail.pak" damaged my phone. I can't send/receive any call/sms. There is "SIM not provisioned for the voice" popped up on my phone screen. I add all these steps, is there a new solution?
1) Factory reset 
2) McCoffee Antivirus
3) Settings >> Software update
4) Settings >> Connections >> Network Operator
5) Any other hints from the videos
