Sliding screen when browsing a website

When I'm on a website the screen moves to the left whenever I'm trying to do anything it won't stay still. How can I fix it? 0

Hello, welcome to the Samsung community and we thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with your screen movement while browsing on the web and I will be more than happy to take a look into this with you. 

 

Third party apps could cause your phone to misbehave. You can try the Safe Mode feature to determine which app is causing the issue. You can enter Safe Mode by touching and holding the Power off icon which you can locate by swiping down on from your home screen. Then tap Safe Mode icon. Safe Mode will display in the bottom left corner of the screen. Remove any third party apps causing the issue. Once done restart the phone as normal to exit Safe Mode. 

 

We recommend doing a Factory Data Reset if you are still experiencing the issue. Here are the steps on completing a Factory Data Reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
