Speaker Switch on Phone App on S9 changed

My phone app speaker switch has changed. It starts from the "on" position instead of "off." It no longer connects with my car audio, although the bluetooth is working.  How do I reset and save data/contact info? Thanks in advance.

I would try rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the cache. Do this 3 times before rebooting. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!
