Suggestion to move the front camera down a little to reclaim the status bar

My suggestion (if you can't use an under display camera) is to move the front camera down a little so the status bar is uninterrupted and can display more notification icons. The camera could go just above where the 1st icon row on the home screen is displayed and still not cut out any of the 1st row icons. It will still cut out content on the screen when viewing videos but I think the reclamation of the status bar is a welcome trade if we have to have a camera in our screens.

So...instead of having it out of sight, hidden in the notification bar, you'd rather have it be down in the content zone, cutting off headlines, text boxes, images and god knows what else? Sounds miserable.

No, I said move it a little, like a couple of millimeters. It's still on the screen no matter what so I don't see the problem.
