Have you tried resetting the network settings? Just a heads up, by resetting the network settings, it will remove all wi-fi and Bluetooth settings you currently have saved.
Yes I believe I have tried doing a network reset as I did a factory reset, which made all the bluetooth and wifi networks disappear from my phone that were previously there
