Yeah they work fine with my computer and other bluetooth devices work with my phone.

Have you tried resetting the network settings? Just a heads up, by resetting the network settings, it will remove all wi-fi and Bluetooth settings you currently have saved.

Yes I believe I have tried doing a network reset as I did a factory reset, which made all the bluetooth and wifi networks disappear from my phone that were previously there

Hey, I had the same problem and made a thread for it three weeks ago. It turns out the problem is that your software is out of date and you need it update it, either through your phone or manually through a service center.
