Hello,

Tried to update Galaxy apps today and an update returned an error for TimeZoneDataQ. It reads, "Couldn't install app TimeZoneDataQ is already installed on your phone. Uninstall it to install this version." This app doesn't show in Apps. Anyone know what it does? Have you experienced this error message? What did you do to correct for it? Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Please stay safe and well.

Go to settings, then to apps and once you see your list of apps what you will do is at the search bar type in Samsung timezone data. You will see 2 Samsung timezone data apps, un-install one of them and then type Samsung timezone data again in the search bar, once you see the second one tap on disable, now in the same app settings type Samsung timezone data in the search bar you will see the same one you disabled, you're going to enable it and turn it on. Last step go to the Samsung store and tap update but once it's done a pop up will ask you to restart so just tap restart.
