Turn off Messaging App AI?

I am weary of typing exactly what I want to say and AI changing it to something else. how can I turn off the idiotic AI?

The Ai in messages won't do anything until you tap the AI button in the toolbar and select writing style or grammer.
But you can toggle it off open Phone settings

Advanced intelligence
Select Samsung keyboard and toggle off

You also need to turn off auto-correct in your keyboard settings.
