Has anybody had the problem connected USB device isn't supported?
The message only pops up when I UNPLUG My charger. I've cleared the data for USB settings and restarted my phone and plugged it in in the middle of the restart and then it charges fine. But as soon as I unplug my charger I get that message and then it won't charge anymore until I repeat that process.

what's your device model number?

have you checked if it's the cable's issue?? as you may know, the cables are very easy to damage, any damage or shorting (of a sort) along the cable will cause phone to reject and not support it.

Otherwise you can take the phone to UbreakIfix and have the phone diagnosed. Another option is to submit an issue report using Samsung Members app after you see that message again; screenshots or screen recordings sometimes help with the explanation of what's happening.

I submitted an issue report and I've also tried several different cables and wall chargers
