Galaxy S PhonesRecently moved from iPhone 6 to Galaxy s9 plus. I tested the connection and the audio works when calling from a Bluetooth but not when connecting to a USB.
My 2017 Nissan Versa is stock and has no added features.
This worked perfectly with the iPhone so I know it's not the car. I also tried developer mode and changing the USB configuration to audio only but that only disconnected the device from the stereo.
The stereo recognizes the phone but tells me "please check your device."
How do I fix this?
Can the galaxy s9 plus even play music through a USB car port?

Galaxy S Phones@userG9yxSpES3L We recommend you reach out to the dealership to confirm the vehicle has the ability to play music through USB and not only charging capabilities?
