Hi,

Unfortunately my phone S8 is lost/stolen. My phone was not signed in to samsung/google account. It is not on any network as I was only using it on wifi.  I have some confidential data in that phone. Is there anyway I can lock the phone or wipe the data ? Find my phone is not showing that device.

Please help.

Thanks

I would recommend calling your provider and imform them . perhaps they can put a " block " on it and it should alert them if anyone uses it ( so I'm told).

Thank you for the reply.

I guess blocking phone through the provider cannot stop them from connecting on wifi and stealing my confidential data.

I recommend just accepting the loss, I went through the same thing. Make sure you install the necessary apps on your next device so you can lock it after you lose it.
