I'm having the same issue with my unlocked S22 Ultra from Samsung.com and it's not the carrier. I put my s22 Sim into my unlocked Moto G Stylus (s22 was this phones replacement) and I can call and text no problem. On the s22, I've been battling this issue intermittently fir the past month. My carrier has tried to help but says it's not their issue and suggested factory reset and I am not doing that. Not willing to start all over again. It's intermittent which is throwing me off, too. Airplane mode is off, data is on, I switched radio off and back on in phone info, tried every apn setting my carrier has and then some. Still no ability to send texts but can sometimes receive them. Calls are a toss up - never know if it will go or not. Bill is paid with 5gb data remaining so it ain't that either.
