Unlocked S-10 not getting updates

Last update was the large android 12 update with the January security patch (received on early March) . Nothing since. I'm on Verizon but they say since my phone is unlocked my patches come directly from Samsung. Verizon phones already have March update available

Wipe cache partition
Run update
Reboot
insert SIM
Reboot
Run update

Please be advised the S10's are now on quarterly updates as they are approach our end of life cycle and will stop receiving any updates around January 2023.
I received the January 2022 update in March 14th on my unlocked S10E.

Thanks for that info. makes sense... But why then does Verizon have S20 February and March security updates available for their locked S10's?
