My carrier is verizon and I wanna know what you all think
When I upgrade my s22 plus should I go for a verizon locked device and wait 60 days or buy directly from samsung again
My note 20 was unlocked by samsung
My s22 plus was unlocked
I am hearing so many things about orders on samsung being messed up and not a good experience
Both mine were good but I'm worried about the future

Is there a store you can go to for the purchase? Such as Best Buy in the US.

Not in my town
I have walmart
Verizon
T mobile
The nearest best buy is a 30-45 minute drive

Like I said I have gotten 2 phones with np problems
But I am seeing on this forum that people are having issues that don't seem to happen if you get it from the carrier
Phones, TVs, appliances

I have purchased 6 phones and 2 tablets directly from Samsung and have never had an issue.
I always buy unlocked phones so I am not getting both Samsung AND the carriers bloatware taking up more memory.
With regard to the actual use of all items again I have not had any issues.
Good luck with your new device no matter which route you take.

Quick question for you! I also buy my phones unlocked to avoid carrier and samsung bloatware. However, all Of my friends who have carrier locked samsung devices have these extra features in there stock messages, where they can see each other typing. Kind of like iphone and the three dots. Do you think that I'm unable to see this feature because my phone is carrier unlocked? I figured the samsung messages app is still samsung brand and I should get all the features but I tried everything I could think of and nothing has worked.

Sorry for the delayed response.
I do not use the Samsung messages nor do I use Google. I use Textra and have for years so unfortunately I can not answer that question for you sorry.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
