Solved: Update frozen - Samsung Community

Did an update back in August and now can't get the new updates as it says download update time left 000000 press download and says wait but nothing happens. So can't get latest downloads as this one is frozen

Try 'emergency software recovery' in samsung smart switch for pc. It's under the 'more' menu after you connect your phone via usb.
