Ok i have a S9 that i went to do an update and it had stopped at 30%. It then turned off. When turning it on it starts up with the samsung then shuts off and starts back up repeating the same thing over and over. I have tried to factory reset and it will only go back to the update screen trying to update. The making it to 30% and shutting off. What can i do about this issue or how do i fix it?

Galaxy S PhonesHonestly a software re-flash would be recommended. Sometimes your carrier can do this, but not always. You do have the option of visiting your local uBreakiFix to have this completed. And as an alternative, Samsung offers a ship-in service lasting about 9-11 business days that would cover this as well.
