I've been on the phone for over 3 hours with Xfinity Tech Support and they still don't know what's wrong. One thing we tried was clearing the data for the built-in Voicemai app. Then upon opening the app, I get a Visual Voicemail Welcome screen in which a few things have to be setup. This sure seems like the app is capable of VVM. Any suggestions?
