Visual Voicemail stopped working

Two weeks ago, I got error on my third party app PhoneFusion. It said Call Forwarding had been turned off. I checked and this true. Tried turning it on and I get error on SIM card or not connected to network. I am connected to network so it must be SIM card. How to fix that? I have a Galaxy S8.

Try Clearing the Apps Cache

1. Settings 

2. Apps

3. Find PhoneFusion

4. Click on PhoneFusion

5. Storage 

6. Clear Cache 

7.  Clear Data

Nope, same error. Something is wrong and changed. I guess they want me to buy new phone.
