Voice changer during call

With AI now that can copy our voice easily, it will be nice if Samsung can add a voice changing feature so that I can talk on the phone without using my real voice. That will prevent scammers from copying our voices to make fake calls to our family and friends.

Go to the Galaxy Store and download Samsung's Good Lock. Then in Good Lock, install Sound Assistant. In Sound Assistant, enable Voice Changer.

I tried. It didn't work. I have an unlocked S24 plus US version

Enabling it in Sound Assistant gives you the option to use it. When you start a call you must swipe down and turn it on.

I don't believe that effect was meant to be used during phone calls.  I got the impression it's just supposed to be a fun thing you can do with your mic, either as a standalone party thing or to add to videos or voice recordings.

What if someone was standing next to you while you were on a call, recording your voice? If you were a friend or relative of mine and you called me with a fake voice, I'm hanging up.

I'm left alarmed at this new technology and wondering what happened to screening your calls and letting it go to voicemail.
