All non-contact calls/messages are supposed to be blocked but the messages still come through. Any ideas?

If you are paying for call filter plus Samsung has not released it to Verizon my says doesn't support my device with or without wifi turned off or on
Verizon said they are waiting for Samsung to release it they also said they would send either a text message or an email
