Galaxy S Phones
My S10+ recently updated and I noticed that my edge application widget shows recent apps at the top and my apps on edge widget at the bottom. I don't need recent apps on edge screen. I can use the "recent apps" button on bottom left. Real estate on a phone screen should be used judiciously and doesn't make sense to have duplicate features, or two buttons doing the same thing.

Galaxy S PhonesYou can easily turn off the Recent apps in the edge panel.
- Open the edge panel.
- Click the pencil at the bottom of the edge panel.
- Click the 3 dot menu.
- Turn off the option "Show recent apps".

Galaxy S Phones
Hi,
I do not get the three dots when I click the pencil. All I see is an option to see All apps vs Multi window apps. I see three dots when I click the settings icon from edge panel. However, those 3 dots give me the option to change appearance and order of my edge panels; I do not get the option to disable recent apps from edge panel.
Perhaps the solution you prescribed works for S20, but I have S10+ and this solution does not work for me. I wish I could attach a screenshot to show you what I mean.

The 3 dot menu is on the right hand side of the screen immediately under the battery percentage.
