Galaxy S Phones
Don't get me wrong, I've grown very accustomed to and (dare I say) fond of the Android UI. That said, I've had major issues with my current phone and previous phone failing before reaching a year.
My first phone (s9) lasted me 4 years and was working well up until I traded it in (despite having been dropped several times and submerged in water) My 22 Ultra by comparison made it 9 months. It had difficulty charging, and eventually lost the ability to send or receive calls/texts (best guess is the antenna failed)
My 23 Ultra seems to be faltering now before even reaching the 6 month mark. It has been charging exceptionally slow and is showing the first signs of connection issues that my previous phone had. It has also been becoming more laggy. There are often extreme delays between my input and the intended action.
While I like my phone generally I can't help but feel the newer products are built to fail. I don't want to be forced to keep buying the next phone just because Samsung wants me to.
Why should I stick with this company instead of going to a Pixel, or jumping ship entirely to Apple?
