WiFi calling problem Samsung Galaxy S9

Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S9 on prepaid Verizon plan. Android 8.0

 

 

Issue: WiFi calling outgoing call: the receipent can NOT hear me. I can hear them.

OK:WiFi calling incoming call: all good.

OK: Calling over Verizon network: all good dialing and receiving.

 

I did reset thje phone's network settings, and my internet wifi router/ modem. 

It worked ok for a while and then it started again. When I dial over wifi the other side can not hear me. 

 

I suspect that the most recent software update caused this issue, not sure though. Any suggestions?

As wi-fi calling is a carrier feature, I would recommend reaching out directly to your carrier for further assistance.
