Hello, I'm hoping somebody csn shine some light on my issue. I have an S8 active and when I put it on the wireless charging station it charges for 3 seconds then says it paused. I've been through the settings and tried diagnosing it but come up with nothing. Has anybody had this problem before. Its done this since the phone was new
